On the evening of August 24th, 2025, Azure Pavilion proudly hosted a sold-out Omakase private dinner experience, curated exclusively for our invited guests and members. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese philosophy of “Omakase” — meaning “I leave it up to the chef” — this intimate event featured a thoughtfully sequenced tasting menu, composed entirely of seasonal ingredients and spontaneous culinary creativity.

The evening unfolded in our signature private setting, offering a harmonious blend of refined hospitality, personalized service, and carefully selected wine and sake pairings. Each course was prepared live and served course-by-course, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the elegance of minimalism and detail.
